CAUTHE 2009 – 19th International Research Conference
Theme: See Change – Tourism & Hospitality in a Dynamic World

The Council for Australian University Tourism and Hospitality Education (CAUTHE) welcomed researchers, educators, industry and government stakeholders in the tourism, travel, hospitality, events, recreation, sport and leisure industries at the CAUTHE 2009 Conference.
The Conference was hosted by the Curtin Sustainable Tourism Centre, Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Western Australia and from 10 to 13 February 2009 at the Esplanade Hotel, Fremantle, Western Australia.
The conference looked at many areas of change such as the environment, cultures, markets and products. Participants enjoyed the new panel style format of presentations and the opportunity to explore this wonderful a tourist-historic city.
