The Council for Australasian University Tourism and Hospitality Education (CAUTHE) is an incorporated association, formally established in Sydney in 1992. CAUTHE represents the universities in Australia and New Zealand that teach and research hospitality and tourism.
READ MORECAUTHE’s official journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management contains both theoretical and applied research papers and encourages the submission of the results of collaborative research undertaken between academia and industry.

CAUTHE has links with associations and key tourism and hospitality organisations which are central to the ongoing pursuit of excellence in tourism and hospitality education and research.
